〓 TERMS 〓

This Agreement ("Agreement") between TofuBoy ("Artist") and the Client ("Client") shall govern respective rights of Artist and Client with respect to the artwork described herein.

1. Rights
   • You may use the artwork you commissioned from me for commercial purposes (including, but not limited to, the right to edit, alter, transfer, sell) excluding the rights to authorship, which is retained by Artist.
   • A proper credit is required if you decide to publish the artwork anywhere. The credit must be easily found.
2. Agreement
   • A link for a customized agreement generated by TofuBoy will be sent to Client, which Client and Artist both must agree upon before proceeding with the creation of Artwork.
3. Payment
   • The Client shall pay the Artist atleast 40% of the final decided price agreed upon both parties before the Artist starts the sketching process. The client may decide to pay the remaining 50% after the sketch has been finished.
   • The Client can request a maximum of 2 revisions for the sketch before they need to pay the remaining 60% of the price before the artist starts coloring and rendering the image.
   • Request for alteration and revisions after the coloring is already in the process will be declined. The client must be specific in the given 2 revision requests.
4. Artist's Right to Authorship Credit
   
   • Artist may use Work in Artist's portfolio (including, but not limited to, any website that displays Artist's works). When asked, Client must properly identify Artist as the creator of Work. Client does not have a proactive duty to display Artist's name together with Work, but Client may not seek to mislead others that Work was created by anyone other than Artist.
